The invention relates to an equipment for the complex characterization of surfaces, intended for the dynamic smart reading of the profile of a complex surface. According to the invention, the equipment consists of a straight electric shaft -OZ (2) provided with a D.C. motor (1) supplied from a source (11') while an operation controller (12') accurately controls the motion of an OZ slide (3) mounted on a screw-nut mechanism of the OZ shaft (2) which takes over the motion of the motor (1) and converts it into a positive motion of the OZ slide (3) along the axis OZ, a straight electric shaft OX (8) provided with another D.C. motor (10) supplied from another source (11), while an operation controller (12) accurately controls the motion of an OX slide (9) mounted on a screw-nut mechanism of the OX shaft (8) which takes over the rotation motion of the motor (10) and converts it into a positive motion of the OX slide (9) along the axis OX, a probe-type temperature sensor (7), an electric gripper (4) mounted on the OZ slide (3) by means of a connecting plate (3') on which there is also mounted a force cell subassembly (5) with a rod with feeler tip (6) maintained in continuous contact with a surface to be scanned by the acquisition of the real values of the contact forces occurring between the feeler tip (6) and the scanned surface and a hardware interface (13) connected to the force cell (5) and the temperature sensor (7) which takes over the electric signals generated thereby in each moment and transmits them to a signal amplifier (14) connected to a computer (15) on which there is installed a dedicated software application meant to control the two controllers (12 and 12') and the two straight electric shafts (2 and 8) by means of which there is controlled the accurate carrying out of correlated straight movements of both slides (3 and 9).
