The invention relates to a process for preparing complex liquid fertilizers. According to the invention, the process consists in reacting potassium carbonate and 85% superphosphoric acid in an aqueous medium, after which, in the reaction mixture there is added urea with a content of nitrogen of 46.2%, after neutralizing the urea, while continuously stirring, there is added a solution of polyhumates extracted from lignite, the pH value of 6 is maintained by addition of KOH, to the homogenized solution there are added micro-elements such as copper sulphate, iron sulphate, magnesium sulphate, manganese sulphate and zinc sulphate, essential for the nutrition of plants, the temperature is reduced below 5°C and an auxinic biostimulator is added, wherefrom there results a complex fertilizer with a variable NPK composition of 15...25% nitrogen, 5...20% PO, 5...10% KO, 0.01% Cu, 0.03% Fe, 0.02% Mg, 0.02% Mn, 0.01% S, 0.01 Zn, 4.0 % polyhumates and 0.2% plant growth auxinic biostimulator.
