The invention relates to an artificial system consisting of hand and forearm, used for carrying out an upper human limb prosthesis. The claimed system consists of a component () having the role of the artificial hand palm, some components () having the role of forefinger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger and thumb, respectively, a component () representing the ultrasonic proximity sensor, a component () providing the connection between the hand and an artificial forearm, a component () having the role of artificial forearm, a component () representing the motors driving the components () representing the fingers, a component () representing the motor driving the artificial hand, a component () representing the electronic board for controlling the motors driving the components () of the artificial hand, the said last three components () being assembled with the component () which represents the artificial forearm and a component (), which represents the motor driving the component () representing the thumb, assembled with the component () having the role of the artificial hand palm.
