The system disclosed relates to industrial heat supply and improvement of technology of energy saving in processes of production of building materials in rotary furnaces. A heat supply system on basis of thermo-transformed energy of stabilization cooling of furnace and low-potential heat sources that includes air circuit of connected to each other with air duct furnace cover (1), calorifer (2), fan (3) and circuit of cold water line that is connected with pipeline to calorifer (2) and storage tank (7) for collection of hot water for heat supply system and has at section to storage tank (7) surface condenser heat exchanger (4) is as well connected in sequence with pipeline to throttle valve, evaporation heat exchanger (5) and compressor in transformation circuit with low-boiling liquid. The pipeline of cold initial water is connected to three-way thermo-controller (12) that separates additional parallel pipeline at section of which recuperative heat exchanger (13) is installed from the cold water line, downstream of connection of that one to additional parallel pipeline a calorifer (2) is installed. Recuperative heat exchanger (13) is by air circuit connected by means of three-way controller of flow rate of energy carrier (10) and installed at its discharge branch pipe. The supply main of heat supply system through three-way thermo-controller of heat carrier flow rate (14) is provided with supplementary parallel pipeline on which recuperative heat exchanger (5a) is installed, this is besides that by energy carrier connected to air channel after furnace cover (1). The hot water pipeline downstream of condenser heat exchanger (4) is provided with pump (8) and three-way valve (15) that connects the feeding main of heat supply system on which circulation pump (8a) is installed and the storage tank (7), and evaporation heat exchanger (5) of thermo-transformation circuit is connected with channel of air circuit between calorifer (2) and discharge branch pipe of energy carrier (10), besides that between the three-way controller of flow rate of energy carrier (10) and the fan (3) branch pipe of gas-air flow intake (11) is placed. The system proposed simultaneously provides reliable stabilization of thermo-technological mode of calcining kiln under conditions of change of temperature of environmental air over the year.
