An automated system for collection of information on parameters of motion of a vehicle and analysis of causes of a traffic accident relates to radio-engineering and can be used for increase of safety of motion of motor transport. The system comprises multi-functional auto-apparatuses, center for information collection and processing, network of centers of propagation of information and portable hardware-software modules. All those elements of the system interact as follows. Formalized road traffic rules (restrictions of parameters of motion) that are formed and propagated with the system, come to multi-functional motor-car apparatuses. To those real values of parameters of motion of the vehicle are compared, those are calculated by signals of global navigation satellite systems, and if the result of analysis of information makes evidence of violation of the rules of the road traffic or of a road accident, the results, together with respective navigation measurements, are entered to motor-car memory block. Through portable hardware-software module collected information falls to the center for information collection and processing where its additional processing with inclusion of measurements of the closest basic stations of satellite navigation and other supplementary data is performed, as the result of that presence or absence of violation of road traffic rules in each specific case, or detailed analysis of situation of traffic accident are carried out. Due to realization of the proposed system the prevention and accuracy in reveal of violation of road rules like exceeding of speed, violation of parking rules, exit to oncoming traffic lane, U-turn in improper place are provided, and rate and reliability of determination of initiator of road accident are increased.
