The invention relates to equipment for sugar industry and can be used in other branches of national economy as an intensive mass-transfer apparatus, dust-catcher, effective phase mixture, and ejector apparatus. A sulfitator consists of separating tank in a form of cyclone and attached device, made in a form of mixing chamber with socket for gas supply and coaxial working nozzle for liquid, located inside it. According to the invention, inside of mixing chamber the guiding apparatus is made in a form of screw thread. Technical result from using of the invention consist in increasing of performance capability of sulfitation process and obtaining of its guaranteed result at necessity of productivity increasing of installed equipment.
