The invention relates to electric engineering and can be used in power supply systems of various power for stationary and mobile autonomous consumers. An energy generator comprises a power source, a charge capacitor, at least one transformer; moreover it comprises a second charge capacitor, an electric motor, a voltage convertor, a rectifier bridge, a diode, at least two switches, at lest one capacitor is made as a capacitor with variable capacitance, which is connected to an electric motor; to the power source inputs of the voltage converter, an electric motor governor component and the output of rectifier bridge are parallel connected via the first switch and diode output; to the input of rectifier bridge an auxiliary secondary winding is connected; to the voltage converter output a parallel circuit is connected. The circuit is formed by a capacitor and two series connected circuits formed by the capacitor with the second switch and the primary transformer winding with discharge arrester; the secondary winding of transformer is made in a manner that makes it possible to connect a consumer thereto.
