A method for treatment of lower limb spasticity is the method for microsurgical treatment of lower limb spasticity, which consists in that the skin incision is carried out in the area of the knee and tibial nerve is isolated throughout the wound. Then using intraoperative electrodiagnostics the branches are identified that go to the flexors of the foot and toes, epineurium is cut on tibial nerve in the longitudinal direction and subepinevrally the fascicula progress is monitored, which subsequently form the branches to the flexor muscles of the foot and toes. The fascicules are intersected and sutured, which reduces the tone in spastic muscle groups of the foot.
