METHOD FOR PREPARING HYDROPHILIC POLYACRYLAMIDE GEL

A method for preparing hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel provides for copolymerization of acrylamide and methylene-bis-acrylamide in dispersing medium in the presence of redox system followed by washing the gel obtained with isotonic solution. The gel is kept for swelling until equilibration, homogenized and sterilized.
