A working attachment of an earth-moving machine for extraction of minerals is a cutter installed in vertical position, with cutters as hollow shaft that is connected at above to water mains, and in the lower half of the shaft through openings are provided, with separation of those in height and spiral. The working attachment of the earth-moving machine is equipped with an additional milling cutter with cutters as a hollow shaft that rotates towards installed cutter.
