A diaphragm pump-compressor includes the upper and the lower parts of the body, diaphragm placed between those, inlet and outlet valves in the upper section of the body, and rod one end of which is connected to the diaphragm, and the other end to manual and mechanical drives. In the lower section of the body inlet and outlet valves are additionally installed, and treadle arranged as the right and the left spring-supported pedals connected through rail toothed gearings, free-wheel clutches and toothed gearing to flywheel installed on the shaft of crank mechanism, the crank of that one through a con-rod is hinged to the other end of the rod.
