METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF ACUTE TEMPORARY STRANGULATED INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION IN EXPERIMENT

Disclosed is a method for simulation of acute temporary strangulated intestinal obstruction in experiment with exteriorization of one of small intestine segments in experimental animal to anterior abdominal wall by occlusion of intestinal lumen and compression of mesentery vessels. The simulation of strangulated intestinal obstruction is performed after median laparotomy by ligation of small intestine of experimental animal with thick silk thread at the base thereof along with adjacent mesentery section up to stop.
