A method for ultrasonic 3D scanning of objects to obtain three-dimensional image of inner structure of those includes operations of mechanical scanning of ultrasonic transducer by the surface of the prism that has convex spherical form with center at the boundary prism-object, with acoustic plane contact with object of control, and trajectory of motion of the transducer corresponds to one of laws of development.
