A method for prevention and treatment of ischemia reperfusion syndrome in extremities comprises the intraoperative blood sampling, mixing with drugs, infusion into arterial bed, placing a temporary shunt in arterial intraoperatively, addition of calcium antagonists and antioxidants to medications, prescription in postoperative period of calcium antagonists and antioxidants.
