A method for surgical treatment of Dupuytren's disease comprises the multiple percutaneous aponevrotomy in areas of fibrous strands and chords in combination with with autografting of adipose tissue aspirate. The autograft of adipose tissue is used containing platelet rich plasma, and in areas with finger with contracture of III-IV degree the excision of fibrous bands is performed followed by plastic.
