A method for fiber-optic bronchoscopy in patients with multiresistence lung tuberculosis comprises the intradermal administering of dimedrol solution and solution of atropine with sublingual breakdown of lidocaine. Then local anesthesia is performed of the mucous membrane of the lower nasal passages, tongue and glottis. The patient sedation is performed by intravenous dropwise propafol solution. Then fibrobronhoscope is introduced in airways. Before removing fibrobronhoscope anesthesia is performed of the mucous membrane of the trachea bifurcation with solution of lidocaine.
