摘要

A portable potentiometric bio-sensor system for simultaneous determination of concentrations of urea and creatinine comprises two potentiometric bio-sensors the first of which includes two pH-sensitive field transistors to one of which working membrane on basis of recombinant urease selective to urea is applied, and to the second one reference membrane is applied, second bio-sensor, besides that it includes two pH-sensitive field transistors to one of which working membrane selective to creatinine is applied, to the other one reference membrane is applied, and the bio-sensors are intended for connection to analog-digital ion-sensor measuring device for measurement of parameters of liquid media, and the outputs of the device are connected to respective inputs of computer.
