METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF DIABETIC CARDIOMYOPATHY IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES INSULAR OF TYPE 2 WITH INCREASED BODY MASS AND OBESITY

摘要

A method for diagnostics of development of diabetic cardiomyopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with increased body weight and obesity includes determination of the level of pro-inflammatory interleukins IL-6 and IL-1(. In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with increased body weight and obesity the level of those interleukins is determined in blood serum of patient with immunoenzyme method by means of kit of Vector-Best reagents, and diabetic cardiomyopathy is diagnosed in patients with increased body weight at level of IL-1( of 11.34±0.25 pg/ml, and IL-6 – 10.7±0.27 pg/ml; in patients with obesity diabetic cardiomyopathy is diagnosed at level of IL-1( 14.76±0.28 pg/ml and level of IL-6 – 13.28±0.27 pg/ml.
