A method for calculating mineral fertilizer rates while obtaining planned level of yield of agricultural crops in irrigation conditions comprises carrying out calculations and analysis. While determining fertilizer rates for forming the planned yield level, a correction coefficient for the content of nutrient elements in soil is used, while carrying out recalculating the amount of nitrate nitrogen from the layer 0-30 cm per 0-100 cm, depending on content thereof in soil, said coefficient is 2.2-1.6, mobile phosphorus from the layer 0-30 cm per layer 0-50 cm is 1.2 and exchange potassium is correspondingly 1.5.
