METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF LIPID DISORDERS AT EARLY STAGES OF REGENERATION IN THE INJURED SCIATIC NERVE

摘要

A method for the evaluation of lipid disorders at early stages of regeneration in injured sciatic nerve includes investigation of fat-acid composition of lipids of tissues at post-operative hypotheriosis. The fat-acid composition of lipids of sciatic nerve is determined by means of gas-liquid chromatography, with detection of changes in content of palmitic and arachidonic fat acids.
