A channel for measurement of radial velocity of aircrafts with use of frequencies of inter-mode beats and capability of formation and processing the aircraft image for a range test complex includes a control element, block for control of deflectors, pumped laser (Lp), longitudinal mode selector with frequency-division multiplexing (LMS FDM), block of deflectors, transmitting optics, receiving optics, photo-detector, broadband amplifier, modified information block, resonance amplifiers adjusted to respective frequencies of inter-mode beats, pulse formers, AND gate, counter, mixers, filter, former of measuring pulses, decoder (DC), phase frequency auto-control at frequency of inter-mode beats, control generator, reference generator with support frequencyand- input of reference frequencyfrom transmitting laser (Lp+LMS FDM). After the DC instead of the electronic-digital computing machine and block for displaying information on the aircraft radial velocity R' an electronic computer is included.
