METHOD FOR HEPATIC VIEN PLASTIC AT TRANSPALANTION OF LEFT LATERAL HEPATIC SECTION FROM ALIVE FAMILY DONOR

摘要

A method for plastic of hepatic veins at transplantation of left lateral hepatic section from alive family donor comprises the application of anastomosis between hepatic veins of transplant of the left lateral section and common entrance of hepatic veins of a recipient. For anastomosis applying separately falling hepatic veins of the second and third segment of the transplant of left lateral section are combined in common entrance by suturing of their lateral walls.
