METHOD FOR DESTRUCTION OF ANILINE DYE (C.I. 27950) USING BASIDIOMYCETES AGROCYBE CYLINDRACEA

摘要

A method for destruction of aniline dye (C.I. 27950) using basidiomycetes Agrocybe cylindracea comprises the cultivation of strains of microorganisms and introduction of biopreparation into aqueous solution of pollutant. The strain Agrocybe cylindracea 167 is cultivated on the medium with adding of aniline dye (C.I. 27950) in the amount of 0.2865 g/l, 0.1433 g/l, 0.0573 g/l, 0.0287 g/l; or it is introduced into aqueous solution of aniline dye (C.I. 27950) in the amount of 0.0287 g/l or mycelium in the amount of from 1 to 3 g/l calculated for the absolute dry weight.
