METHOD FOR PROLONGED ELECTROSTIMULATION BY IMPLANTATED ELECTROSTIMALATING SYSTEM «NEISI 3M» AT TRAUMA OF BRACHIAL PLEXUS

A method for continuous electrical stimulation using "Neisi 3M" implanted electrosrimulating system at brachial plexus injury comprises the surgical approach to the brachial plexus, then electrodes of "Neisi 3M" electrosrimulating system are sutured first to the primary beams of the brachial plexus, then to long needles of the brachial plexus. The antenna of the electrosrimulating system is sutured subcutaneously on the anterior surface of the chest wall below the clavicle, on the front of the shoulder (the second phase), followed by suturing soft tissue in layers, and imposing aseptic bandage in the postoperative period the electrical stimulation is carried out with external antenna by inductive coupling.
