METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ONYCHOMYCOSES

摘要

The method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of patients with onychomycoses includes determination of pathogen by microscopic traces after treatment. The pathogen species after treatment is determined by PCR-investigation with use of pan-fungal primers. The treatment is considered to be effective in the case of negative result of microscopic investigation and absence of amplicons with dimensions corresponding to DNA of the onychomycosis pathogen fungi at PCR-investigation.
