A method for bloodless hysterectomy at combined benignant uterine processes providing for at surgical treatment of endometriosis and uterine leiomyoma the crossing of anatomical structures of the uterus and appendages with pre-clipping and the subsequent crossing and suturing. For tissue intersection ERBE BiClamp tool is used.
