A solar power unit includes a frame installed on the bearing prop, central column, drive mechanism, executive mechanism and a two-arm lever installed on the central column. The drive mechanism is arranged as a solid thermo-sensitive element, mostly in tubular form. The executive mechanism includes: a cylinder, a piston movable in vertical direction, hinges and vertical props. Besides that the executive mechanism is equipped with a supply branch pipe for incompressible fluid working medium, inlet check valve, discharge branch pipe for incompressible fluid working medium, outlet check valve, and the cylinder of the executive mechanism is filled with incompressible fluid working medium.
