A vibrating annular grinder comprises a vertical drive rotor made with a disk, connected to a lower bearing support and coaxially located in a body assembled from individual rings and vibration exciters, which are attached to the body fastened via elastic elements to a support frame, on which guides of the body and lower bearing assembly of the rotor are located, wherein the working surfaces of the rotor and body are made with corrugations, moreover, it is equipped with an additional upper bearing support of the rotor mounted on the support frame via a device for damping vertical oscillations of the rotor and the body is equipped with a loading pipe and circular gratings, which are connected to the upper and lower ring of the body respectively, while the rotor is equipped with the rings rigidly attached thereon and placed between the body rings with clearances, and a cup attached to the disk with the corrugations on the inner working conical and cylindrical surfaces covering with clearances the frame with corrugations on the outer working conical and cylindrical surfaces mounted on the support frame, moreover, the disk is made with at least one circular row of through holes, and the lower bearing assembly is adapted to reciprocate in the axial direction of the rotor.
