METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF HORIZONTAL SHIFTS OF TIES AND RAILS AND RELATION OF THOSE TO SHEAR OF EARTH SURFACE AT UNDERGROUND COAL EXTRACTION

A method for determination of horizontal shifts of ties and rails and relation of those to shear of earth surface at underground coal extraction includes laying monuments along the rail track, graduating marks on the rails, measurement of lengths with distance meter from the reference mark to monuments over which reflector of the distance meter signal is installed on stand, measurement of distances and angles from the monuments to the bolts that fix the rails to reinforced-concrete ties and to the marks on rails, calculation of horizontal shifts of monuments by the measurements with distance meter before and after underworking, calculation of shifts of the ties and marks on the rails by the results of measurements before and after underworking with account of shift of monuments, determination of interrelations of horizontal shears of the earth surface with the shift of the ties and the rails.
