A method for construction of anti-slide draining element of concrete lining of irrigation channel that includes gathering of draining pipe of perforated plastic pipe through installation at the front end of the plastic pipe of a plug, with winding plastic pipe around with filter made of roll geo-textile material, drilling in concrete lining of channel and earth massif of horizontal well with drilling working element, extraction of the drilling working element from horizontal well, introduction of draining pipe to horizontal well and extraction of connecting block made of monolithic concrete in the mouth of the drain for hermetic connection of the mouth end of the draining pipe with concrete lining of the channel. Drilling of horizontal well is carried out in two steps, at the first step horizontal opening in concrete lining of the channel is formed by means of perforator with drilling working element with diameter 10-50 mm through drilling in percussion-rotary mode a set of technological openings by pre-marked perimeter of horizontal opening in concrete lining with following removal of concrete core from horizontal opening, and at the second step horizontal well is drilled in earth massif in rotary mode by means of perforator with screw drilling working element with diameter that is 1.02-125 times smaller compared to diameter of horizontal opening in concrete lining of the channel and 1.2-2.0 times larger compared to the diameter of the draining pipe, at that operation of extraction of the screw drilling working element from horizontal well is performed in mode of working rotation of the drilling working element, and operation of introduction of draining pipe to horizontal well is started after the end of operation of extraction of the screw drilling working element from horizontal well with minimal time interval that does not exceed 10 s.
