METHOD FOR MORPHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF CHOLESTEROSIS OF GALL BLADDER, ITS COMPLICATIONS AND PROGNOSIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF POST-CHOLECYSTECTOMIC SYNDROME

摘要

A method for morphological diagnostics of cholesterosis of gall bladder, its complications and prognosis of development of postcholecystectomy syndrome provides for sampling for histological study pieces from the sections of bottom, body and cervix of removed gall bladder. Additionally 2 pieces from the section of the wall fixed to liver are taken, and 1 piece from removed fragment of bile duct, with obligatory account of cross orientation, and at reveal as result of histological investigation in adventitia of gall bladder of inflammation as mononuclear infiltrates or xanthogranulomas with presence of foam cells propagated to adjoining zones of liver, or presence of fibrous adhesion between the wall of gall bladder and liver, with signs of necro-dystrophic changes in hepatocytes, probability of development of postcholecystectomy syndrome is predicted.
