APPARATUS FOR STUDYING PROCESS OF MIXING BULK MATERIALS

An apparatus for studying process of mixing bulk materials comprises a body with a loading window made along the tangent to the body and mounted over it, a sectional hopper divided by movable vertical partitions into several sections, and a shaft with a screw rapidly rotating working element mounted coaxially in the body, and it is further equipped with a variator for adjusting the speed of screw working element and a tachometer for determining its speed of rotation, and a working element of a length, which in addition to mixing allows to provide for transportation of a mixture of bulk materials, wherein the body is made of a transparent material, and in the upper part, in the metering area it has an over-screw mixing area and in the lower part it is equipped with a number of samplers for continuous sampling and quality control of the mixture both in the mixing area and in the transport area.
