DEVICE OF AUTOMATIC STABILIZATION OF PULP DILUTION IN MILLS, WHICH CRUSH SANDS OF DOUBLE STRANDED MECHANICAL CLASSIFIER

A device of automatic stabilization of pulp dilution in mills crushing sands of a double stranded mechanical classifier comprises a recording device of controlled quantity, flowmeters of water into the mill and a sand trough of classifier, a pulp flowmeter, a computing device for determination of the ratio of solid and liquid components, a digital filter of a signal of fixed duration and two memory elements with a common outlet, a ratio controller of solid and liquid components, and setting devices of ratio of solid and liquid components and setting devices of processing parameters. The flowmeter of water into the mill of classifier is made in the form of supply and several other lines with unchanged performance, hydrostatic pressure transducers and three-way recording device of actual ratio of solid and liquid components in a receiver.
