A method for the surgical treatment of the chronic lymphovenous insufficiency of the lower limb comprises the corrective venectomy, the generation of the tunnels in the injured areas followed by the drainage of lymph and interstitial fluid. In addition fasciotomy is performed. The tunnels are cut with the aid of cannula with the blunt end. The drainage is supplemented with the perfusion of the tunnels with physiological saline.
