A method for correcting the respiratory insufficiency in the patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronciectatic disease comprises the complex of sanitization bronchoscopies with aspiration of bronchial content. The segment-by-segment lavage of the bronchial tree with sterile solutions is followed by the administration of 4-6 mL of Fluimucil solution. 2 mL of 12.5 % solution of Cycloferon is administered intravenously on the Days 1, 3 and 5 since the beginning of the treatment.
