Combination comprising 2'-cyano-2'-deoxy-N4-palmitoyl-1 - D-arabinofuranosyl cytosine, or a metabolite thereof is 1- (2-C-cyano-2-deoxy - D- arabino-pentofuranosyl) -cytosine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a cytotoxic agent selected from: vinorelbine (a); (B) docetaxel; and (c) an antineoplastic agent selected from cisplatin and oxaliplatin platinum.
