This patent claims microporous aluminophosphate crystalline materials comprising Ti (TAPO) starting from gels containing Ti in state lower than (IV) oxidation and the method of obtaining these materials. The materials may comprise two types of centers depending on the atmosphere which are exposed after preparation. If maintained in absence of oxygen, aluminophosphate materials comprising Ti (III) (Ti (III) APOs) redox catalysis explode (for example, production of plastics) properties will be obtained. This is the first TAPOs materials not containing Brönsted acids nature centers with redox centers coexisting. If exposed to molecular oxygen, TAPOs materials comprising Ti (IV) (Ti (IV) APOs), but differently from the known TAPOs environment are obtained: instead of Ti environments (OAl) {sub, 4} or Ti (OAl) {sub, 4-n} (OTi) {sub, n} (0 n = 4), their environments are only Ti (OP) {sub, 4}, thus presenting an own catalytic behavior in acid and oxidation reactions.
