Method for authenticating digital artworks (1). The method comprises a stage of recording a security code (6) in the artwork (1) and subsequently verifying said code. The authenticity of the artwork (1) is verified in a verification room (5) which comprises a bispectral camera (3), a rail (4) on which the camera (3) is moved, spotlights (2) and a luxmeter (7). The recording stage comprises the steps of: storing the digital artwork (1) in a database (C4) and generating a security code (6); printing the artwork (1) in visible ink; and printing the security code (6) in ultraviolet ink on the artwork (1) which has already been printed.
