A device (200) to create an intussusception in a part of stomach tissue by introducing telescopically, of a portion of stomach tissue elsewhere stomach tissue, wherein the device comprises: a member (309 ) disposed radially expandable, once expanded, to create a proximal cavity within the radially expanded member; and at least one inlet (316) arranged to allow suction stomach tissue is pushed into the proximal cavity using suction; wherein the expandable member and at least one inlet (316) suction are constructed and arranged to enable creation of intussusception by said suction, introducing, telescopically part stomach tissue elsewhere tissue stomach.
