A method of manufacturing a composite sheet highly absorbent consisting mainly enun substrate fibrous web, a super absorbent resin and a binder for joining said substrate and dicharesina superabsorbent, wherein (a) said substrate fibrous web is an unbonded web that sustancialmenteno has joint portions between constituent fibers, (b) said super absorbent resin and said agenteaglutinante are dispersed in a liquid mixture containing an aqueous medium not swell said resinaabsorbente, (c) the dispersion mixture resultant to said substrate of fibrous web attached to obteneruna composite web, and (d) is added a liquid component is removed from said composite web, whereby fixing said super absorbent resin on said substrate fibrous web simultaneous deformation is effected with the binding of the constituent strips of said fibrous web substrate one with other.
