A method of manufacturing penetration resistant which prevents yarn breakage during the Manufacturing process comprising the steps of tissue: (i) together braiding a fuse wire and a support thread by a twisting double twist paraformar one intertmisted thread; (Ii) the intertmisted yarn and an elastomeric yarn formed into a fabric; (Iii) treating the fabric by heating so that the fusible yarn melts and spreads through the tissue; (Iv) cooling the fabric to form a Berrera penetration.
