Amicrobial stopper comprising a transparent tube 3 (fig. 2) to which a filter 2 (fig. 2) of pore smaller than the size of the aerobic microorganisms of the wine is attached, which fits and communicates with the vessel by means of a flexible conical piece 1 (fig. 2). It acts as follows: The tank is filled as usual, we place the amicrobial stopper and continue pouring wine, previously sterilized, through the upper end of the tube, which will fill this, to a level that we choose at will, then cover the tube with the perforated lid 4 (fig. 2). In this way we managed to separate aerobic microorganisms from the wine in the tank from oxygen in the air. As the general dynamics of the level of the wine in the tube is to decrease, because the tank absorbs, then we must try to fill the upper end of the tube with previously sterilized wine, so that the level is always above the filter 2 (fig. 2 ) managing to separate the oxygen from the air from the microorganisms of respiratory metabolism contained in the wine vat, which is the basis of the amicrobial plug.
