A vaccine composition comprising: i) a retinoid compound that induces differentiation and apoptosis; and ii) a nucleic acid comprising a sequence encoding an immunogenic polypeptide fused marcocon a sequence encoding a fragment C (FrC) of tetanus toxin; in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
