Consisting of a system and method for real-time monitoring of compliance with national regulations: Compulsory insurance Land vehicles, driving licenses ground vehicle maximum speed of movement of land vehicles on different types of roads, or sections thereof, existing in the state territory and maximum times of uninterrupted movement of land vehicles for the carriage of passengers or goods.
