traffic light regulator decentralized without controlled by atomic clocks of the satellites via GPS cables. # The aforementioned invention is a decentralized controller for the traffic lights in crosswalks, semaphores works and even regulated intersections where an installation is required without civil works and electrical wiring between the different color light elements of an intersection or crosswalk. # Each regulator has a GPS (4) receiver, to receive the time base of the atomic clocks of the satellites, by software resident in the microcontroller (3) will turn on the traffic lights (10). # All GPS have the same time base (thanks to the atomic clocks of the satellites), thus be coordinated and synchronized perfectly between different regulators or do while between them without physical communication. # Each regulator must be powered battery, sun panels ares or any type of alternative energy.
