Method and system for the improvement of routing in communications operators providers of multimedia services over IMS networks. The present invention proposes a method and system that improves the allocation of resources in communication networks providers of multimedia services, allowing to offer different qualities of service to the users of an IMS network. For this, basically what is done is to introduce into the procedure or system, a new node that makes signaling, routing and security control for the operator based on the content of the session and the user.
