The invention relates to a station for measuring environmental gamma radiation with a detector (5) capable of performing gamma spectrometry, placed opposite a continuous paper filter (2). Discharging a predetermined volume of air onto the filter via a suction pump makes it possible to increase the concentration of radioactive isotopes near the detector (4), such that the identification of the gamma isotopes and quantification of the activity concentration thereof is more precise, reducing the minimum detectable activity.
