A system for realizing rotor variable frequency speed control asynchronouslyand simultaneously by driving multiple motors via one inverter, comprises amotorgroup, a rectifier group, a chopper group, an isolator group, an amperitegroup, apower capacitor group, an inverter, a speed feedback voltage detector group,and acurrent feedback voltage detector group. Using inversion control theory, thevoltageoutput by the inverter is taken as an inverse electromotive force of eachfunctionalmotor to drive each chopper to work in real time thereby to allow multiplemotors tooperate asynchronously and simultaneously. This system may be used in craneoperations. As the crane rises, redundant electricity is fed back to the motorvia aninverter, and as the crane lowers, the motor will generate electricity, andtheelectricity is fed back to the motor via the inverter.
