METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING AN INSTANT LOTTERY GAME HAVING VARYING PRIZE INFORMATION INDICATED TO A CUSTOMER

A method for providing an instant lottery game is provided. A plurality oflottery ticketsassociated with the instant lottery game is provided. Each ticket of theplurality of lottery ticketshas a unique ticket identifier related to ticket data stored in a trusteddatabase. At least twosubsets of the plurality of lottery tickets are activated by providing dataindicative of the ticketidentifier of the lottery tickets of the at least two subsets to a trustedprocessor in communicationwith the trusted database. After activation each of the at least two subsetsis stored in arespective dispensing container. When dispensing a lottery ticket of the atleast two subsets dataassociated with the dispensed lottery ticket are provided to the trustedprocessor. Using thetrusted processor, prize data are determined in dependence upon the dataindicative of the ticketidentifier of the lottery tickets of the at least two subsets and the dataassociated with thedispensed lottery ticket. The prize data are then displayed in a humancomprehensible fashion.The prize data are determined such that the prize data are indicative of aprize associated withthe remaining lottery tickets of the combined at least two subsets or suchthat the prize data areindicative of a prize associated with the remaining lottery tickets of each ofthe at least twosubsets and wherein the prize data are provided to the respective dispensingdevice for display.
