A suction device for discharging pollution comprises a cylindrical housing (1) with a stepped hole (11) provided in the inner wall thereof and a limber hole (12) provided in the housing body thereof; a cylindrical cylinder sleeve (2) with a bottom, at the bottom of which an axle hole (21) is provided and on the wall of which a flange (22) is provided; a piston (3) with a piston rod (32); a cylindrical cylinder cap (4) with a stepped hole (41) in the axle center thereof and a lifting hole (42) on the wall thereof; a cylinder sleeve lock (5) sleeved around the piston rod (32); a shifting yoke subassembly (6) provided in the stepped hole (41) of the cylinder cap (4); a annular cylinder sleeve locking base (7) with a slope (71) and a pivotal axis (72); a annular flake end closure (8) with a through-hole (81) in the center thereof. The cylindrical cylinder sleeve (2) with bottom is sleeved in the housing (1), the piston (3) is provided in the cylinder sleeve (2). The cylindrical cylinder cap (4) is axially connected to the housing (1), and the annular cylinder sleeve locking base (7) is provided between the housing (1) and the cylinder cap (4) which is covered by the annular flake end closure (8). The device adapts to two stage courses of the cylinder sleeve and the piston, thereby the stroke of the piston is greatly reduced without changing the efficacy.
